Role Overview & Executive Context

Join an expanding SECURITY TEAM to establish client cybersecurity best practices & support of all service requests including workstations, servers, printers, networks & vendor specific hardware & software. Level 3 tech. Must be a US Citizen & pass background checks. Responsible for Cybersecurity practice oversight requiring IT Support relating to tech issues & MS’s core business apps & operating systems, including internal systems & network infrastructure along w/tech services at the network level: WAN & LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls & security. Min. Qualifications are Professional IT Certs, i.e. MS MCP, MCSA or MCSE, ConnectWise CCPA, Cisco CCNA or VMware VCP is recommended. HS Diploma or GED/BA/BS, in computer science or a related field is a plus or Min. 5 yrs of IT or related real world. Key Responsibilities

Drive strategic growth, client acquisition, and key account management for Service Tech/Cybersecurity Specialist functions.
Evaluate market opportunities, conduct client discovery, and present enterprise solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to ensure seamless operational execution and client retention.
Establish and report key performance metrics directly to senior executive stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Leadership Experience

3+ years of proven track record in Service Tech/Cybersecurity Specialist or equivalent industry domain.
Demonstrated success in revenue generation, client relationship building, or technical operations.
Exceptional consultative communication, negotiation, and executive presentation capabilities.
Bachelor degree or equivalent professional credential.
