Role Overview & Executive Context
Executive leadership over a 450-person advanced manufacturing facility. Directing lean production, supply chain procurement, OSHA safety standards, automation, and operational P&L performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full operational P&L (M+) for high-volume precision manufacturing facility
- Drive Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing methodologies to maximize throughput and yield
- Oversee plant safety, environmental regulatory compliance, and EHS programs
- Lead logistics, supplier management, and strategic inventory optimization
Required Qualifications & Leadership Experience
- 10+ years of plant management and operational leadership in industrial manufacturing
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification preferred
- Proven P&L accountability with demonstrated OEE improvements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Industrial Management
