Role Overview & Executive Context

Executive leadership position directing global information security, SOC operations, HIPAA/FDA compliance, zero-trust architecture, and cyber risk management for a multi-billion dollar MedTech healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise cybersecurity vision, posture, and defense operations globally
• Oversee Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, and Security Operations Center (SOC)
• Report directly to the Board of Directors on cyber risk metrics and regulatory compliance
• Manage M+ annual cybersecurity technology and infrastructure budget

Required Qualifications & Leadership Experience

• 12+ years in senior cybersecurity leadership roles (CISO, VP Security)
• Deep expertise in medical device cybersecurity, HIPAA, FDA guidance, and NIST frameworks
• CISSP, CISM, or equivalent executive security certifications required
• Proven crisis response management and board governance experience
