Role Overview & Executive Context

Job entails working closely with development team, assigning, and solving incidents based on priority. This role is a key position within the IT department and requires technical leadership and a broad set of software engineering skills. Experience with C#, ASP, LINQ, WPF, Windows Services, and REST Web API required. Related experience with front end web development using JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular JS, along with along with experience testing, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and debugging complex software systems. Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth, client acquisition, and key account management for Applications Support Administrator functions.
• Evaluate market opportunities, conduct client discovery, and present enterprise solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to ensure seamless operational execution and client retention.
• Establish and report key performance metrics directly to senior executive stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Leadership Experience

• 3+ years of proven track record in Applications Support Administrator or equivalent industry domain.
• Demonstrated success in revenue generation, client relationship building, or technical operations.
• Exceptional consultative communication, negotiation, and executive presentation capabilities.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent professional credential.
